How it works
It’s really quite simple, we ‘Googlised’ it.
How many times have you checked what’s in your PMS against what the accountant said, or what you have in stock is different to what your system says? Or you run a report, but you don’t know the why behind it? Especially when your gut tells you something different.
Running a practice is difficult enough and knowing what’s going on and having the information you need to make good solid decisions, should not leave you with more questions than answers.
The reporting function in your PMS and other practice systems, like Microsoft’s Power BI, or Salesforce’s Tableau is like early Internet search engines.
In the early Internet days, search engines like Yahoo and Ask Jeeves struggled to provide accurate information. They listed websites based on keyword mentions, not accuracy; if a site had the wrong date of the moon landing, it didn’t matter, if it mentioned it more than any other site, it made it to the top of the ranking.
Google solved this by focusing on relevance and trustworthiness.
Don’t blame the systems in your practice today for being dumb, they’re built to handle practice administration. They only work on what they have access to. They don’t look for relevance, and because they only have their data, they have nothing to compare it to for trustworthiness.
And that just makes life hard for you, so we fixed it.
We solved it in 4 easy steps
Collect and Refine – <NAME> is always on, collecting data automatically from a wide range of digital sources such as Practice Management, Accounting, Compliance and HR systems, websites, social channels, email services and mobile apps. Data from 3rd parties like your accountant, payroll or HR provider is also collected and refined.
Organise and integrate – <NAME> organises all the data it has collected and runs it through something called the Unified Data Engine. This is where we match it, cross reference it, then pass it through our Machine Learning AI engine.
Visualise and Analyse – a beautiful user interface that enables you to see performance information and exceptions quickly and clearly.
Easily organise your performance information in a way that makes sense to you and reflects how you run your practice.
Search – Use Google-like searches, using terms that are familiar to you. This protects you from having to understand the underlying details of the systems and data they want to access.
